PILOT – This interactive webinar is one of three connected units introducing the fundamentals of collaboration which are valid in offline and online facilitation. This course looks at how we can use voice, movement and timing to adjust our relative status and develop PRESENCE.
This two-and-a-half hour course will help you understand how you – and everyone else – can use verbal and non-verbal techniques (including movement, voice, timing and more) to influence your relative status and develop great facilitator’s PRESENCE. Through interactive online activities, we will explore key concepts and the different choices you can make with your presence, and how you can use it to be more engaging and to influence or support the needs of the people in the room.
This course is part of our Facilitation Fundamentals Trilogy: STRUCTURE, PRESENCE and FLOW. The courses can be taken in any sequence: see our calendar for dates of the other Fundamentals courses.
